Data Subject refers to any natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

Commentary:

Data Subject includes current, former, and prospective customers (including consumers and representatives of corporate customers); third parties and Personnel. In some jurisdictions privacy and data protection laws may apply to narrower or broader sets of individuals, such as consumers.
